Admittedly, I am new to yoga, so take this for what it's worth. I have been going here a few times a week for the last month or so. That said, I love the instructors and everyone that works here. They're all so kind and helpful, and they stay after class and answer any questions and with enthusiasm. You can tell they love what they do. I also love that each instructor has their own twist on classes, always making it different. The class sizes are also perfect, I've never felt cramped or overwhelmed with too many people.

The Ken Caryl Core Power Location is THE BEST! The manager Maria is so wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind... and all of the Instructors are Five Star Yoga Experts. I am a raving fan of these ladies and all of the different classes they offer and I feel that the health benefits of Hot Yoga are exponential. Whether you are going for detoxification, building lean muscle, flexiblity, or overall fitness THIS is the studio for you. I REALLY look forward to each class I take because I know I will feel AMAZING when I leave. My favorite class is Melissa's FREE C1 Class Every Sunday from 2-3 pm. This is just one of the ways CPY Ken Caryl gives back to our wonderful community.

I had never done Yoga in a class setting before trying CORE Power Yoga on Ken Caryl. I had a great time and the coaches were very helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to try out Yoga for a first time.

You’ll find 800+ beneficial plants and remedies in “The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies”. It includes recipes of tinctures, teas, decoctions, essential oils, syrups, salves, poultices, infusions, and many other natural remedies that our grandparents used for centuries. What’s also special about this book is that it has between 2 and 4 high definition, color pictures for each plant, and detailed identification guidelines to make sure you’ve got the right plant.
