The person taking orders is extremely slow plus either they aren’t putting orders in right or the kitchen doesn’t now how to read them right. We asked for a pasta substitution on one meal and all of them came with the different pasta. They took forever to make replacements. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed our orders up either. I’d honestly stop coming to this location if the one on Wadsworth and Bellevue wasn’t closed half the time due to staffing issues.
Order spicy Korean noodles and they did not put any of the meat in it. Went here earlier today and was denied service because they were only accepting online orders. Had to find my order with absolutely no help. Very disappointed.
We placed an online order, received confirmation email and later received an email that we needed to call the location to ensure it was received as there was an issue. I tried calling for 15 minutes or so and the phones were off. When I finally was able to get ahold of the store, I was hung up on when explaining the issue. I called back again thinking it was maybe a mistake and was hung up on again. Awful customer service. I know places are short staffed but you could at least explain the situation without hanging up on your customers. Don't think we will try eating here again...
The place was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and efficient. Food did not take to long to make and it smelled good in there. Food was great, made exact to my and my husband's liking, definitely recommend!
Food was tolerable, barely. Soda machine was broken. Dining area was a mess. We had to clean our table before we could use it.
